As the developer of Check Off, I can say I use both Check Off and iGTD. Check Off is a great place to keep track of lists for me (grocery, things I need to remember to fix in some code I'm working on, quick reminders).

Version 4.0, which is a complete rewrite for Leopard, will hopefully breath some new life in the application. It feels dated to me right now.

Actually I am not using this at all now... I have already moved onto the more advanced and appropriate iGTD. I don't have the link here but will add it at some stage. As I attempt to follow the GTD mantra, this app really helps and integrates with iCal etc!!!

It looks like a half-way-house between the todo feature in iCal and the more complex (but feature rich) Omni Outliner.

If I'm organised enough I might take a look at it.... better add it to my todo list!
